Legacy Bullion Club is a membership-based service billed on a recurring monthly basis.
24-hour goodwill window
- If you are not satisfied after joining, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial membership purchase
- Refund requests must be sent to james@shinythingsboutique.com.
- If approved, we will refund the membership charge for that initial purchase.
Membership renewals
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
- If you believe you were billed in error, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Cancellation
- To cancel, you must email james@shinythingsboutique.com
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges already processed for the current billing period.
Failed payments and account status
- If a renewal payment fails, membership benefits and access may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Chargebacks
- If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause membership access while the dispute is reviewed.
