Legacy Bullion Club ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Shiny Things Jewelry and Watches, Inc., respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you join, contact us, or manage your membership, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. If you write to us, we keep the contents of that message.

Payment information

We do not collect or store your card number. All payments are processed by Square, Inc., and your card details go directly to Square. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card brand. Square's privacy policy governs their handling of that data.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we log IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, described below.

Cookies and tracking

We use:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site.
• Meta Pixel — to measure advertising performance and show ads to people who have visited the site.
• Roku Ads pixel — to measure the performance of our streaming television advertising.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Meta's advertising cookies through your Meta ad preferences, and out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site or purchasing a membership.

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.

How we use your information

To process and ship your orders; to manage your membership, including billing, tier changes, and cancellations; to respond to your questions; to send order confirmations, tracking numbers, and membership notices; to measure and improve our advertising; and to comply with legal and tax obligations.

We send marketing email only to members and to people who opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about your order or membership are not marketing and will continue as long as you are a member.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who need it to run the business:

• Square — payment processing and subscription billing
• Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your orders
• Google, Meta, and Roku — advertising and analytics, as described above

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute.

To exercise any of them, email james@shinythingsboutique.com. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Note that we must keep certain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

Data retention and security

We keep order and billing records for seven years to meet tax requirements. Contact form submissions are kept for two years. We use industry-standard safeguards, and payment data never touches our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and we will email members if the change affects how we use their information.
