Legacy Bullion Club is a membership club operated by Shiny Things Jewelry and Watches, Inc., a Jacksonville Beach, Florida business. Payments are processed by Square under the Shiny Things name, which is what appears on your payment page and card statement.

Where we ship
All 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to PO boxes — carriers require a physical address for insured, signature-confirmed delivery of precious metals.
When your order ships
Shipments are processed and dispatched within the first week of each billing cycle. Your first shipment goes out within the first week after you join. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Severe weather, carrier delays, and holidays can extend that.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout for your tier. The rate is charged with each monthly renewal.
How we ship
Discreet. Packages are plain and unmarked. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents, the sender, or that precious metals are inside.
Insured. Every shipment is fully insured for its full value while in transit.
Signature required. Because of the value and the insurance terms, deliveries require an adult signature. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt or hold the package for pickup. Please plan for someone to be there.
Your address
You are responsible for giving us a correct, complete shipping address. To change it, email james@shinythingsboutique.com at least 5 days before your renewal date.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and reship once the address is corrected. You pay the reshipping cost in that case.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
If something goes wrong
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or shows delivered when you did not receive it, contact us right away. All shipments are insured and we will file a claim and make it right. See our Refund Policy for damaged and lost shipments.
