These terms govern your use of legacybullionclub.com and your membership in Legacy Bullion Club, a membership club operated by Shiny Things Jewelry and Watches, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a membership you agree to them.

Your card will be charged by Shiny Things Jewelry and Watches, Inc. through Square, and that is the name that will appear on your statement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid shipping address in one of the 50 United States.

2. Memberships and what you receive

Legacy Bullion Club is a subscription that delivers curated physical bullion each month. Membership tiers are Prospector, Stacker, Silver, Gold, and Vault, at the prices shown on our membership page.

Contents vary. Each shipment is hand-selected by our team. Specific coins, bars, rounds, mints, designs, and metal types are not guaranteed and will differ between shipments and between members. Where we state a retail value for a tier, that figure reflects the typical dealer asking price for the pieces included — it is not spot value, melt value, or resale value, and it is not a promise of what the items would sell for.

Mystery Boxes are optional one-time add-ons. Their contents are chosen at our discretion and are not disclosed before shipment.

3. Not investment advice

Legacy Bullion Club sells collectible physical bullion. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial adviser, and nothing on this site or in any communication from us is investment, tax, or financial advice. We make no representation about the future value of precious metals or of any item we ship. Precious metals prices fluctuate, and the resale value of any item may be substantially less than what you paid. Purchase for the enjoyment of collecting and physical ownership, not in expectation of profit. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your signup date until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Square, to charge your payment method the recurring amount for your tier, plus any shipping stated at checkout, on each renewal date.

The current price of your tier is shown at checkout before you subscribe. We will email you at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before then.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge again and email you. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or cancel your membership.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. There are no contracts, minimum terms, or cancellation fees.

To cancel, submit the cancellation form on our website or email james@shinythingsboutique.com. Your cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle. Requests received at least 48 hours before your renewal date will stop that renewal; requests received inside that window may not stop a charge already in process, in which case you will receive that month's shipment and your membership will end after it.

We will confirm your cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within two business days, contact us — do not assume the cancellation went through.

6. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Items we ship are authentic as described; beyond that we make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost value of metals.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please email us — nearly everything can be resolved directly.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and members will be emailed. Continuing your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
